Rebecca Valadez is the first female vocalist to join Joe Lopez, Jimmy Gonzalez y Grupo Mazz, She made it to the semifinals for female vocalists on Star Search in 2003. She sang with the house band on The Wayne Brady Show, she’s been on The Tonight Show, the ALMA awards with Sheila E, as well as Cristina. But the one gig she really really loved was singing backup to Janet Jackson on the Velvet Rope Tour. She’s got a new sound and a new single, “I’m Gonna Love You Forever.” We talk about all this and more with Rebecca Valadez on the AC Cruz Podcast.
